Treponti Glider

I designed the Treponti Glider after spending extensive time surfing the reefs of Tuscany. One of these reefs perfectly lends itself to glider design, where the initial takeoff requires paddle power while the rest of the wave (depending on your placement on the reef) lines up for a long, peeling right-hander. The board's slender outline features a round-tail for paddle assist while allowing for some bite and sinkage and a modern rocker for user-friendliness. Bottom contours are flat to vee. A downrail terminates at the tail with a defined but rounded off edge to provide bite without too much tracking.
